Rachel Nolz: I was born and raised in the middle of no where North Dakota. I grew up on a farm primarily with agriculture but also stock cattle. I moved to the Twin cities right after high school and got my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. I have worked as a personal trainer for over 5 years now and absolutely love what I do. I also work for Delta and enjoy traveling the world! I joined the Peace Corps last September and I start my journey September 5th off to Nepal and couldn't be more excited about my placement working on a Food Security Project which includes Agriculture, Nutrition, Hygiene, and Sanitation! Its Perfect for me!
